It is his house but I have not been working since before we got married had to quit job because of some medical issues that occured and he told me since were getting ready to marry and my medical issue just to take a break.

That leads me to this 2 days ago when he gave me papers asking for a divorce and that I, my special needs adult son and the cat all vacate his home in the next 60 days.
